| The Wednesday morning gang staged for departure. The
threatening skies delivered only occasional rain during the trip.

| Another (better) of the Valley of Fire. Hey, wait a
minute, who's that guy posing with Becker's car?

|
| The early morning drive to Parhump was smooth and quiet,
until we had tire failure on Jeff's Pantera.

|
| Jeff Goodall had a flat on the way to the track. In
typical Pantera spirit, while we were disabled on the side of the road,
many POCA members stop to offer help. Fortunately, one of them had a
spare campy that allowed Jeff to hobble in to the track. Then the
real trouble started. The lugnuts had been bottomed out onto the
studs and were un-moveable! After several hours, and again, no
shortage of help, the wheel was finally removed and Jeff's original was
patched and re-installed. We even had a generous offer by Bob Benson
to simply take his wheel and drive home with it (and ship it back to him).

belt back here?

| A gentleman from "Trackday.net" was on hand taking
professional looking track photos. He got photos of most of the cars
on the track Friday. Click on the car of your choice to see a bunch
of shots of that car. There are plenty of photos of member's cars:
Phil Camp, Glen Chancellor, Klaus Schoener and Mike Becker.

most original Pantera. A deserving honor for his GTS.

| Llynne Reneker got the prized Panterasaurus t-shirt for her
son. The lucky raffle winner was easily won over by Llynne's charm
and he gave her this shirt that he had actually won!
